Description:: The big race
is on. Will the swift hare
beat the slow and tenacious tortoise? We will be creating both competitors within one piece.
The hare will form the main body with the tortoise poised on his
back. Students will gain
skill in cutting, piecing, wood burning and staining.
Supplies
students must bring: Cleaning
tools for inside of gourd. Supplies students SHOULD bring if
possible: woodburners,
mini-jig saws.
